What Is ARMA?
ARMA
International is a not-for-profit organization that was established nationally in 1955 to serve as the authority on managing records and information, both paper and electronic. Today, ARMA International consists of over 11,000 members in all fields of records and information management, including records managers, archivists, corporate librarians, imaging specialists, legal professionals, IT managers, consultants, and educators. You will find our members working in a variety of industries, including government, legal, healthcare, financial services and the petroleum/gas industries.
Every day, records and information professionals strive to establish and facilitate adherence to standards of compliance, best practice, accountability, and efficiency in their respective organizations. ARMA Fort Worth is dedicated to providing and sharpening the tools necessary for its members to maintain those foundations.
We invite you to take a look around our new website and encourage you to ask any questions that you may have about ARMA Fort Worth, or any other records and information management practices. Please use our feedback link to let us know how we are doing.
If you have any questions about joining ARMA please contact our Vice President of Membership. If you would like to join ARMA please download and fill out the on-line membership application. We also welcome you to attend a monthly ARMA Fort Worth Chapter Meeting as a guest. Thanks and we look forward to hearing from you soon!
