Functional Business Analyst for the implementation and deployment of a replacement image and records management system. The candidate will provide Functional Support to the Business Users during the project life cycle from definition through deployment and into operating status.

 

Job Responsibilities:
The Functional Business Analyst will work with the HR Business Users and have the following job responsibilities:
** Provide Subject Matter Expertise to the Business Users
** Gather and interpret Business Requirements
** Facilitate Design meetings to explore alternate component designs
** Create Functional Design documents with traceability to the documented Business Requirements
** Perform Product configuration
** Design and create complex reports that deliver consistent operational business metrics
** Assist in the creation of End-user Training materials
** Other responsibilities as assigned

Job Qualifications:
The following are the minimum requirements for the position:
** Experience on multiple, full development, lifecycle implementations of imaging and records management solutions.
** Strong experience collecting and interpreting Business Requirements
** Knowledge of Use Cases and their formulation.
** Strong experience producing Functional Design Specifications for product configuration and customizations
** Strong experience designing and coding reports using Query/Crystal or other reporting tools
** Experience creating Test Scripts and coordinating QA process (Mercury Test Director experience a plus)
** Experience creating User Training manuals and conducting End-User Training
** Experience leading Functional teams and providing guidance to less experienced staff persons
** Excellent oral and written communications skills
** Knowledge of and experience with Global 360**s suite of products, including Case 360 and EX
** Knowledge of and experience with EMC Documentum
